Description of Goods / Services

RRW offers firearms and firearm-related products and services, which may include: firearms, NFA-regulated items where applicable, parts, accessories, apparel, and related merchandise (collectively, "Products"). Product availability, specifications, and eligibility may vary by location and by applicable law.

Eligibility and Legal Compliance

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase the Products you order and that you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Firearm sales must ship to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). NFA items are subject to all National Firearms Act requirements, approvals, and transfer procedures. We do not provide legal advice.

Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Taxes, shipping, and other charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout.

Payment, Charges, and Commencement of Charges

Charges will commence when you submit your order and your payment method is authorized/charged during the checkout process (or as otherwise disclosed during checkout for a specific transaction).

We do not offer recurring billing unless explicitly stated for a specific offering. If we introduce any recurring transaction products or subscriptions, we will provide separate recurring-transaction terms.

Shipping, Delivery, and Transfer Restrictions

Shipping and delivery terms are described in our Shipping & Refund Policy. Firearms ship only to FFLs. Certain items may be restricted from shipment to certain jurisdictions.

We do not sell or ship Products for export. Purchases are intended for U.S.-based customers and U.S. delivery addresses, subject to legal restrictions.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Refund handling (if any) is described in our Shipping & Refund Policy.

Privacy

Our Consumer Data Privacy Policy is available on our Privacy Policy page. By using the website, you consent to our data practices described there.

Security of Payment Data

We use industry-standard security measures such as TLS/SSL encryption for data transmitted to and from the website. Payment information is transmitted securely and is processed by PCI DSS–compliant payment service providers. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our servers.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RRW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
